Dr. Bita Motesharrei



With her expertise in adolescent gynecology, menopause, preconception, and high-risk obstetrics, among other women’s health concerns, Bita Motesharrei, MD, FACOG, is a trusted OB/GYN. Dr. Motesharrei cares for patients at Women's Global Health of Northern Virginia, located in McLean, Virginia.


After completing her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami, graduating magna cum laude, Dr. Motesharrei was accepted into medical school. She went on to earn her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Miami’s Miller School of Medicine. Throughout her schooling, Dr. Motesharrei was the recipient of several awards and honors, including the Phi Beta Kappa and the American Medical Women’s Association Leadership Award.


Dr. Motesharrei finished her obstetrics and gynecology residency training at The George Washington University in Washington, DC. During her residency, Dr. Motesharrei gained extensive training in diagnosing and treating infertility.
